THE JESUS AND MARY CHAIN ARE PLAYING THE GLASSHOUSE FOR $30 APRIL 26TH. Tickets went on sale an hour ago. Buy your tickets now so you don’t need to waste your time with neo hippy UCLA frat boys watching them in the middle of the desert for $100 a ticket the day after. I am very happy I don’t need to goto coachella to see them.

Long Time no Post, but I am back and ready to PARTAY

march31st

I know it’s been a while. I really have no excuse for not updating this except all of my amigos have been at SXSW. I went out that weekend to our favorite bar and did not see anyone familar. The gay guy, who we were with, got punched out by a mexican “bro” outside. Then eventually I ran into Jorma a.k.a. the lady slayer or the drummer for The Bronx. He was just as happy as me to see someone who lived within 2 miles of the bar, even though he had about 37 different women hanging off him. Anyway down to business. There is a party this Saturday going on at The Prestigious Vermont House. The info is above. I will be spinning so get ready to get down boys and girls. My set will consist of lots of puddle of mudd, spin doctors, 4 non blondes, tony toni tone, huey lewis and the news, korn, and of course panic! at the disco. Oh ya it’s BYOB too!

The Word Indie Pop

Thursday, March 15th, 2007

The word “Indie Pop” sucks and anyone who classifys themselves as that probably plays in a band that sounds like an unsarcastic Pavement. That really sucks. You know who you are. Quit wasting everyone’s time at the Silverlake Lounge and Spaceland. Bottom line if you call yourself Indie you suck.
